Return Policy

We offer a simple and hassle-free return window of 30 days from the invoice date for all eligible purchases made on the UpInches website.

We take packaging seriously and ship every order with care. However, if you receive a parcel that appears tampered with, damaged, or suspicious in any way, contact UpInches Support immediately and record a video while unboxing.

If you receive an SMS/email stating that your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, you must notify us within 24 hours.

Once a return request is approved, returns are typically processed within 10 days. If you need help, our support team is available to assist.

If your UpInches product was purchased through a third-party marketplace, their return policy applies — not ours.
Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and confirmed unused and in resalable condition.

Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to process after approval.

For Cash-on-Delivery orders, refunds will be credited to your bank account. We’ll request your account details once your return is confirmed eligible.
Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled from your UpInches account within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

If you no longer want the item after it has been delivered, you may initiate a return (subject to the return policy above).
