Shipping and Delivery Policy

UpInches ships products across India and offers multiple payment methods, including Cash on Delivery where applicable. Orders are processed and dispatched based on availability, region, and courier service capacity.

Shipping charges are applied as follows:

• Prepaid orders valued at ₹999 or above qualify for free delivery.

• Prepaid orders below ₹999 include a shipping charge of ₹149.

• Cash on Delivery orders incur an additional fee of ₹199.

Delivery timelines depend on several factors, including the delivery location, distance from warehouse, product type, and courier partner operations. Although we do our best to ensure timely dispatch and delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to logistics constraints, unforeseen conditions, or carrier-related issues. While such delays are outside our direct control, we will assist in coordinating with courier partners to resolve concerns and track shipments when needed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details. You can use this information to follow the progress of your shipment until it reaches you.
